Free Bill Pay Service

You’ll never have to worry about missing an important due date or having an important payment get lost in the mail. Our free bill pay service can be set up to make regular or recurring payments automatically on the dates you specify as well as one time payments.

Your unique Access ID and Passcode are required before any information about your account can be obtained, and your complete account numbers never appear on your screen. All data is automatically encrypted. You can be confident your data is treated with the utmost security.

How do I view statements online?

  • Sign in to online banking.
  • At the Account level, click on the account you want to view.
  • Under that account, select the “Documents” tab.
  • Enter the date range you’d like to view.
  • Click Submit.
  • Statements can be saved and/or printed.

How do I go paperless?

  • Sign in to online banking.
  • An e-statement enrollment box will appear. If not, click the “Options” button in the menu bar, go to e-statement enrollment and select edit.
  • In the e-statement enrollment box, select from the account list which account(s) you’d like to receive e-statements for.
  • Read and accept the Electronic Statement and Disclosure policy.
  • Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email notification when a new account statement is available for viewing in online banking. You can then print and/or save the statement.

How do I cancel e-statements?

You may opt out of e-statements at any time by visiting one of our branch locations. If you opt out, we will resume delivery of your paper statements by mail. There will be a $30 reinstatement fee associated with the reinstatement. For Totally Green and Business Green Checking accountholders, there will be an additional $3 monthly paper-statement charge.

What is Zelle®?

Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes.3 With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank.2

How do I enroll in Zelle®?

To start using Zelle® at Farmers National Bank, you must be enrolled in Bill Pay. If you are not already enrolled in Bill Pay, you can enroll by logging in to online banking or our mobile banking app. Locate the Payment Center tab and follow the instructions to complete the Bill Pay enrollment steps. Once enrolled in Bill Pay you can access “Send Money With Zelle®” tab in Bill Pay to complete a brief one-time enrollment to tell us which email address or U.S. mobile number and deposit account you would like to use to send and receive money with Zelle®.

It's easy — Zelle® is already available within Farmers National Bank's mobile banking app and online banking within Bill Pay! Check our app or sign in online and follow a few simple steps to enroll with Zelle® today.

How to Enroll in Mobile Banking

  1. Download the Farmers National Bank of Canfield App from the Apple App Store or Google Play
  2. Tap on any button that requires a login
  3. Login page will appear, tap the Enroll Now link
  4. Tap Type of Account you want to use to identify yourself during enrollment
  5. Information you will need:
- Account Number
- Social Security Number
- Email Address
  6. Tap Enroll and when prompted, please enter your user name and password
  7. Click Continue
  8. Review and then accept the Terms and Conditions for Retail Online
  9. Tap Log In Now
