$100 minimum to open. *Variable rate currently 2.00% APY (Annual Percentage Yield) on the first $15,000.00 for qualified accounts. Qualifications include: 1 electronic direct deposit or automatic debit, make at least 10 purchases with your debit card that post to your account within the statement cycle, agree to receive your statement electronically. Otherwise the rate will be 0.02% APY. The APY is accurate as of July 31, 2024. A $5.00 per month service charge will occur if the daily balance falls below $500 anytime during the month. The higher interest rate will not be received if the customer opts out of e-statements. There will be a $30.00 reinstatement fee associated with the reinstatement of paper statements.
