Farmers National Bank wants to make it as easy as possible for you to complete the mortgage application process. You can pay the required mortgage appraisal fee online using your debit or credit card.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge you have submitted your loan application and have been provided a Loan Estimate or other written documentation that contains estimated credit costs and transaction terms of your new loan. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the Loan Estimate and indicated your intention to proceed with the transaction identified in the Loan Estimate provided.

Disclosures:

  • Do not use this service to make a payment on an existing loan.
  • Do not submit payment if you have not received and viewed a Loan Estimate
  • Payments made after 11:00 PM, weekends and holidays will be effective the next business day.
  • Please retain a copy of the supplied receipt page for your records. If the fee is disputed it may result in a delay to the processing of your mortgage application until resolved.
